Shipping policy

We deliver our products using Australia Post, with standard tracking shipping starting at $5.99 . If you require express shipping and/or insurance at an additional cost, please let us know.

We will strive to dispatch your order within 3 business days.

For Domestic Express orders, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 3 and 6 business days based on Australian Post time frames.

PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to calculate postage correctly at checkout. However, if you are in a remote or rural location, or have ordered a very large item, sometimes the calculator is incorrect. We reserve the right to contact you to discuss postage options in these circumstances, or to cancel your order.
